Please follow the directions below in order to make sure your entry is valid. Gift certificates are good for food or beverage at the Island Pub. Certificates do not expire and are transferable. Owners and staff are not eligible to enter the contest. Recipes will be judged on an anonymous basis to ensure fairness in the judging process.

All entries will be judged by the Island Pub Chefs at which time the amount of entries will be reduced to 12 entries. 12 entrant's names will be randomly drawn to act as judges to select the top 3 winners. Winners will be announced immediately after the judging. Contestant names with identical recipes that win will be randomly drawn to ascertain the winner of that recipe.
